It looks like a walkthrough, and it's still your listing
Echo's clips are generated by AI video models from your photos: a camera move through the room you photographed, with the light and the finishes that were in the picture. You see every clip before it goes into the tour. Any clip can be regenerated on its own. What goes out is what you approved.
The narration only says what you tell it about the property, and you approve the script line by line. Square footage, year built, lot size, school district: verify every factual claim before it goes out. Echo gives you the review tools, not the sign-off, and the editor is built so that checking takes a minute, not an afternoon.

Do I need any video footage?
No. Echo works from the listing photos you already have. Use as many as you like, up to 20 per project; a handful makes a short tour, twenty makes a long one.
How long does a tour take?
A batch of Standard clips is ready to review in about a minute. Premium and 1080p clips take a few minutes. Narration and the finished export add about another minute.
Will it look like a slideshow, or fake?
A slideshow pans across a flat image. Echo generates camera motion from each photo with an AI video model, in Standard or Premium quality. You watch every clip before it goes into the tour. Any clip you would rather redo can be regenerated on its own.
Which formats do I get?
Widescreen for the listing page, the MLS, and YouTube, or vertical for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Paid plans export up to 1080p with no watermark. The same file works wherever a clean, unbranded video is required.
Is it MLS-compliant, and do I have to say it's AI?
Rules on virtual tours and AI-generated media are set by your MLS, your state, and your brokerage. They differ. Check yours before you post. Echo doesn't give legal advice and doesn't promise compliance on your behalf. What you can count on: the clips are generated from your own photos, the script only says what you tell it, and you review and approve every clip and every line before anything goes out. Paid exports carry no watermark for the places that require a clean file. For fair housing, keep the language about the home, never about who should live there.
What's a credit, and am I locked in?
Credits are what generation costs. A 6-second Standard clip at 720p is 40 credits. The exact price is shown before every generation. Plan credits refresh every month. Credit packs are yours to keep. You can change or cancel the plan from your settings whenever you like. Finished videos are kept while you're subscribed. Download the exports you want to keep before you cancel.
